Brian Crawford’s practice focuses primarily on business transactions and litigation. Brian has argued before the Court of Chancery, Superior Court, Court of Common Pleas, and Justice of the Peace Courts in Delaware as well as the Federal District Court and Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. He has also assisted in appeals filed with Supreme Court of the State of Delaware, and appeals from Bankruptcy Court to the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware.

Brian has represented a variety of clients including private funding and financial consulting firms, private investors, minority shareholders, entrepreneurs, doctors, veterinarians, lawyers, landowners, family farm operators, crypto currency executives, crypto mining companies, cyber security, heavy machinery welding companies, franchisees.
Brian acts as general counsel for an operator of a family owned and operated multi-unit, multi-state Arby’s Restaurant Franchisee based out of Delaware. Brian advises the company and its affiliates with respect franchise matters, compliance, and regulatory issues as well as business governance and labor/employment issues.
